
2025 is here, and you know it’s time to shake things up, write down your resolutions and… create a vision board. Or at least a vision. And although you need a change, deep inside, you know you’re not going to do anything about it, mainly because you have no idea where to start…
That’s where the daily mantra, or affirmation, comes into play. In other words, everything you wish to have should be described in detail in the most positive, inspiring, and empowering way possible. You will read it aloud 4 times a day for three months straight and watch what happens.
From experience, I can assure you that this method works, and good things will come to you if you’re consistent about it, so it’s worth your time.
When I sat down to write my mantra, I didn’t know exactly where to start. I decided to get some help from ChatGPT. The final result knocked my socks off because it was so powerful, inspiring, and creative in ways I could never have done myself. So, I decided to share this strategy with you so you can generate your powerful vision for 2025. Feel free to use my examples or modify them to fit your needs.

STEP 1 – Describe Your Task
Tell ChatGPT what his role is and describe the ideal final result in detail. Guide it to ask you relevant questions:
MYSELF: You are a senior life coach. I want to create a daily vision mantra that I’ll read aloud four times daily. This mantra will help me reach my various goals, such as financial, relationship, and health. It must be detailed but not exhaustive. It must be authentic, convincing, and practical, and follow a proven formula that has helped people manifest their goals and desires. If needed, do your research online. Please tell me how to get started with it. Since you don’t know me yet, ask me 7-10 guiding questions and create the mantra accordingly.
You may get different questions depending on your guidelines. Feel free to request more questions or tweak the existing ones:
CHATGPT: To craft a daily vision mantra tailored to your goals, I’ll ask a few guiding questions to understand your aspirations, values, and mindset. Once I have your answers, I’ll create a mantra that resonates with your vision. Here are the questions:
- Financial Goals: What specific financial outcomes do you want to achieve? For example, earning a certain amount, building wealth, or attaining financial freedom?
- Health Goals: What does optimal health look like for you? Are you focused on fitness, mental well-being, energy levels, or specific health milestones?
- Relationship Goals: What do you envision for your personal relationships? Are you seeking stronger bonds, a romantic partnership, or more fulfilling connections with family and friends?
- Daily Challenges: What are the biggest challenges or limiting beliefs you currently face in these areas?
- Core Values: What values guide your decisions and give meaning to your goals? Examples: growth, love, freedom, health, success.
- Visual Cues: What images or feelings come to mind when you consider achieving your goals? For example, joy, security, vitality, or abundance.
- Current Habits: What positive habits do you already have that align with your goals? What habits would you like to change or add?
- Motivation: What motivates you to pursue these goals? Is it family, personal fulfilment, a legacy, or something else?
- Timeframe: Do you have specific timelines for achieving your goals, or are they more open-ended?
- Personal Style: Do you prefer a calm and reflective mantra, powerful and assertive, or somewhere in between?
Answer these, and I’ll create a personalised and effective daily vision mantra for you!
STEP 2 – Answer ChatGPT’s Questions
This is key. The more detailed and emotionally charged your answers are, the better your final mantra will be! Here’s an example of my answer to #7:
MYSELF: Current habits I’m happy with:
– Running and swimming at least once a week
– Eating healthy and following the nutritional plan I mentioned earlier
– Having a weekly date with my wife
Habits I want to change, add, etc:
– Spend more time on fitness. Run more often and more each time (increasingly, up to 2 hours each time). I swim more and better (as mentioned before)
– I eat better, healthier, and more raw foods.
– I should also fail less and eat less trash. I should become vegan when I’m mentally ready for it.
– I spend more time with my wife, kids, parents, sisters, and other family.
– Invest more in my important friends like Ran.
– Write more on Medium, Substack, OOW blog, etc
– Create videos. More and better
– Sleep more and better, at least 6-7 hours per night.
– Anti-aging, facial treatments, etc
– Visit important doctors regularly, without delay

STEP 3 – Vision Layout
Now ChatGPT shares how the vision will be crafted:
ChatGPT: Thanks for sharing such detailed insights! This clarity will help create a powerful, personalised mantra. Here’s how I’ll craft it:
- Structure: The mantra will focus on affirming your financial, health, and relationship goals in a positive, present-tense tone, integrating your values and overcoming limiting beliefs.
- Balance: It will address your challenges, providing reassurance and motivation to act despite constraints.
- Visualisation: It will evoke the strong imagery you associate with success—freedom, beaches, fine dining, and more.
I’ll draft the mantra next, ensuring it’s aligned with your vision and inspires daily commitment. Would you like me to focus on any particular phrasing style, such as calm and reflective or powerful and assertive?
STEP 4 – Provide References
If another mantra inspired you, share it with ChatGPT. This will allow the chatbot to tailor the new mantra accordingly.
Myself: Here’s an example of mantras I like; maybe it can inspire you:

I then concluded:
OK, now you have everything you need to create the mantra, correct? You have the answers I provided before and what I just added. Please make two to three mantra versions. I will need to read them aloud about four times a day. Please let me know if you need anything else.
STEP 5 – Fine-Tuning
ChatGPT will now create the first drafts for you. Read them carefully and provide your feedback until you’re happy with the final result. Using Canvas, tweaking a text is easy and doesn’t require the chatbot to rewrite the text from scratch each time:
ChatGPT: Thank you for the detailed input! I now have all the necessary information to create two to three mantras tailored to your vision. These will be punchy, inspiring, and practical for daily affirmation. Here they are:
Mantra Option 1: The Empowered Visionary
I am strong, healthy, and full of energy.

Mantra Option 3: The Balanced Achiever

I eat delicious, wholesome meals, maintaining a strong, lean, and vibrant body.

Every choice I make brings me closer to my goals of health, happiness, and freedom.
I then added my feedback:
The current mantras are too general and simplistic
– The mantras must be longer, much more detailed, with more ‘meat’
– Aim for mantras at least 5-6 times longer, but no fluff
– they should be thorough, inspiring, full of descriptions and details of my vision as I already illustrated before.
– Please provide 3-4 versions. Main focus: Wealth, happiness, satisfaction, values, health, productivity
There were various back-and-forth sessions until ChatGPT got it right. You should tweak the final version manually until you are satisfied with the result!
